Creating & Maintaining Boundaries at Home & Work
It is a fact - women face consistent demands on their time and energy from bosses, coworkers, loved ones, and themselves.
We often find ourselves overwhelmed with too much to do and too little time. This can lead to feeling like we are bad at every role we have.
In this workshop, join Lindsey Foss, licensed marriage and family therapist, to learn how to create and keep boundaries so that you can live a more balanced and healthy life.
