Month 01
HONE YOUR VISION
What’s your leadership vision?
Research shows that women leaders are rated highly on every leadership characteristic except one: cultivating and communicating vision. So in this first month of Level Up, we dive right into this critical skill, which is key to rise from individual contributor to leader. We’ll break down how to strengthen your envisioning skills and connect your vision to strategic planning.
Month 02
TIME MANAGEMENT
How can you be an available manager when your own to do list of tasks is never-ending?!
Research shows that role overload negatively impacts women’s mental health, so in month 2 of Level Up, we re-examine time management as energy management to equip women leaders with tools to confidently manage volatile, uncertain environments with grace.
Month 03
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT & DELEGATION
Does delegating give you anxiety or leave you feeling guilty?
Research shows that delegation is tricky terrain for women leaders. So in month 3 of Level Up, we dive into effectively empowering others through setting expectations, giving and receiving feedback, and holding other people accountable - with or without formal authority.

INCLUSIVE & AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP
How can you foster an environment of psychological safety for everyone at work?
Research shows that women leaders excel when it comes to emotional intelligence, so in month 3 of Level Up we focus on how to leverage that strength to build inclusive workplaces while developing your own authentic leadership style.
Month 05
OVERCOME IMPOSTOR SYNDROME
Do you sometimes feel like an impostor at work?
Research shows that women - and all people - can become paralyzed with impostorism, especially when taking risks and increasing their visibility in the workplace. This month, we focus on overcoming impostorism, developing executive presence, and becoming a more assertive, confident communicator.

POLISH YOUR CAREER PLAN
How are you advocating for your own career advancement?
Research shows that women - and especially women of color - are not promoted at anywhere near equal rates to men. In our final month of Level Up, we develop an action plan for self-advocacy.

INTERACTIVE WORKSHOPS
Every month you’ll develop new leadership skills that are key to managing and leading like a boss.
Through interactive trainings with Emilie and our team of featured trainers, you’ll deepen your knowledge, close skill gaps, and put new theories to practice each month.
GROUP COACHING CALLS
Engage in monthly group coaching calls with a cohort of similar-level professional women who are all striving towards career growth and progress in their leadership journey.
Every month you’ll check in on how integrating your new skills is going, ask questions, network, share resources, and hold yourself accountable to making real progress.
Community
Building a strong community of women leaders for continued learning and growth is a staple in the Bossed Up philosophy.
Throughout our women’s leadership program, you’ll practice your new strategic skills with fellow participants in a dedicated virtual space exclusive to LEVEL UP.
1-on-1 EXECUTIVE COACHING
At the start of the leadership accelerator, you’ll dive deep into your Gallup leadership assessment to set clear learning objectives, and additional calls will focus on your specific growth goals.
Throughout the program, you’ll have multiple 1-on-1 executive coaching calls with our coach, Michelle King.

Who is best served by LEVEL UP?
Women of every age and across all industries and sectors thrive in Bossed Up’s Leadership Accelerator. The majority of participants are first-time managers who want to refine their skills and feel more confident leading a team. We also welcome women who are actively pursuing their first management role and want to get ahead by learning all they can from our formal training and peer-to-peer learning from current managers. We’ve seen many women make the transition from aspiring to first-time manager while enrolled in Level Up, too.
What’s included?
Your registration includes monthly interactive workshops presented live and recorded, which are then available in our custom learning management system (LMS) for 12 months from the date of your enrollment.
Additionally, our program includes a monthly 60-minute group coaching calls for the opportunity to connect with fellow members of your cohort. During these calls, we’ll discuss how implementation of each month’s key learnings are going, share resources, and troubleshoot together.
One-on-one executive coaching is also made available throughout the Level Up experience, with 3 calls available to Team Leaders and 2 calls available to Emerging Leaders over the course of the 6 month program. These calls focus on applying the key learnings from the curriculum to your unique leadership goals and challenges, reviewing your personalized leadership assessment, and providing a safe space to reflect on your leadership ambitions.

The current investment for our Emerging Leader plan is only $1,999 and the investment for our Team Leader plan is only $2,499. We also have 6-month payment plans available: $334/month for Emerging Leaders and $417/month for Team Leaders.
