About Dr. Tiffany Ingram

Dr. Tiffany Ingram received her Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management from Drexel University where her research focused on African American Millennial women and the impact of the intersections of age, race, and gender had on their career advancement. The results of her research has inspired her to work collaboratively with women and organizations to create inclusive workplaces for women of color. Currently, Tiffany is a K-12 education professional, providing technical assistance and training to special education leaders working in Washington D.C. public schools.

Outside of work, she is a career and style influencer at PolicyandFashion.com where she shares career and fashion advice to inspire Millennial women to look fabulous in the workplace and on the weekend. She created Policy and Fashion out of a need to help young women decode the "unwritten" rules of the workplace and learn how to cultivate meaningful relationships to excel in their careers. She works to motivate women of all shapes and sizes to be confident and stand in their power with style and grace.
